2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. To do so, please provide the following:
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A description of the material that was removed and its location before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, the judicial district in which our website is located.
3. Process for Takedown and Restoration
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action to restrain the infringing activity.
